MUV PERFORMANCE, LLC d/b/a COR YOGA+ (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with us through our website and mobile applications (“Site”) and in person. This Privacy Policy also describes how we maintain, use, and disclose your personal information, and also sets out how you can access certain information we may collect about you.

In this Privacy Policy, personal information means information about an individual whose identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained from the information as further defined under applicable privacy laws (“Personal Information”). Please note that the Site may contain links to other third-party websites that are not controlled or operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the content of such third-party websites or the privacy practices of such third parties. The Studio encourages you to request and review the privacy policies of any third-parties upon disclosing your Personal Information to such parties or when visiting such third-party websites.

• Consent of Collection of Information. By submitting Personal Information to the Studio and its Site or any of its service providers, you agree and consent to the collection of your Personal Information and consent to the use, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. You understand that if you withdraw your consent, the Studio may not be able to continue to offer its services and provide its information to you.
• Children Under 18. While we do offer some services for minors with parental supervision, the Site is not intended for children under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any Personal Information to or on the Site. The Studio does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Site or through any of its features, register on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If the Studio learns we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. • Recurring Revisions to this Privacy Policy. The Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, without prior notice to you. The Studio will treat your continued use of the Site following such revision as your acceptance of the revised terms. All revisions will be posted to the Site and will apply to any Personal Information collected on or after the date posted. The Studio will obtain the necessary consents required under applicable privacy laws if it seeks to collect, use or disclose your Personal Information for purposes other than those to which consent has been obtained, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
• What Personal Information does the Studio collect and how is it processed?

A. What do we collect? The Studio may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

• Identifiers: such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
• Commercial Information: such as records of services purchased, memberships, or transactions;
• Internet or Network Activity: such as browsing activity, interactions with our Site, and IP address;
• Device Information: such as device identifiers and usage data;
• Payment Information: processed through third-party payment providers; and
• Other Information You Provide: such as emergency contact information or information submitted through forms.

B. When do we collect? Personal Information is collected when you sign up for classes online, sign up for classes in person, purchase memberships or class packs, or fill out forms with the Studio such as a waiver or membership agreement. There may be other information you provide but that will not be collected by us and instead will be collected by the third party services the Studio works with as outlined below.

C. Newsletter. We may send you a newsletter or other promotional materials by email or Short Message Service (“SMS,” or “text”). We will only contact you for promotional or informational purposes. Subscribing to our newsletters or promotional messages is optional and you will always be able to unsubscribe.

D. Phone Number. We may collect your phone number, and we may contact you via phone or SMS if we feel there is information which would be beneficial to share with you. In accordance with everything outlined in this Privacy Policy, if you do not want to be reached by phone or SMS, you can ask us not to contact you via phone or SMS.

E. Third Parties. The Studio works with third-party applications in order to provide you with the best services on the Site and in order to measure and improve Site performance. These third-party organizations may collect Personal Information from you in order to provide you with Site services, including but not limited to your name, contact information, IP addresses, Device Identifiers, Browsing Behavior, or Interaction Data. Third parties services the Studio may work with on the Site include but are not limited to Analytics and Performance Tracking providers such as Google Analytics; Advertising and Retargeting Networks such as Google Ads; Social Media Plugins and Embeds such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X; Email Marketing and CRM Tools such as Mailchimp; Customer Support and Chat Tools, and Payment and Checkout Services such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Klarna.

• How will the Studio use your Personal Information? We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Information. Your Personal Information will be used to provide you with promotional and informative materials and offers and deliver the products and services you can purchase or subscribe to from the Site. Specifically:

A. Credit Card. Your credit card information will not be kept by the Studio but instead by one of the third parties listed above.

B. Name, Email, and Phone. We collect your name, email address, and phone number in order to provide services, communicate with you, and deliver marketing or informational content if you opt in. This information may be stored either by the Studio or by third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

C. Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter your Personal Information will be used to send the newsletter to you. If we send you the Newsletter for marketing purposes, you will receive emails about promotions, special events and other marketing information. You can opt not to receive these emails from us by either clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email when you receive it or by sending an email that includes your email address and a request that you not receive our promotional emails.

D. Additional Usage. We may use your Personal Information to respond when you submit a question or suggestion to us, or when you request assistance regarding a service or product you purchased. We may share your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure of your information is required to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate a crime, or to respond to a government, judicial or other legal request or to comply with the law. We may also share certain aggregated, anonymized information with a third-party provider in order to assist us in improving the Site.

• Do Not Track Signals. Some web browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals. The Site does not currently respond to such signals. You can adjust your browser settings to control tracking features and cookies.
• Analytics. The Site keeps the following information from your visits to our webpage: visitor information to improve our customer engagement which tells us where and when people visit the Site and how long they stay there; and, IP information for website and server security.
• Cookies. The Site uses ‘cookies’ to keep a record of the number of times you’ve visited the Site and how you interacted with the Site during each visit. In addition to this, the Site also uses cookies which are not absolutely essential for your use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site serves as consent for these cookies. A cookie is a small text file that gets sent by the servers of the Site to your hard drive and can only be read and interpreted by the Site’s servers. If you are under the age of 18, you must not provide any Personal Information to us without the consent of your parent or guardian, or as otherwise provided for by applicable law.
• Protecting Your Privacy. The Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. Security measures have been adopted, including the use of password-protected systems and reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Online transactions are completed using third-party applications as described above. While we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers, their handling of Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policies. The internet is inherently open and subject to potential interception of information. We cannot guarantee that information transmitted to us over the internet will be completely secure.
• Verifying your Identity. The Studio will ask you to verify your identity when you contact us or submit a request regarding your Personal Information.
